WHEELS for DASH 1.6

The WHEELS for DASH application serves as a mobile extension of the "Women’s and Men’s Hypertension and Emerging Lifestyles Intervention" (WHEELS) program, specifically tailored to support the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) guidelines. This 28-day intervention distinguishes itself from other digital health tools by providing up to 21 personalized daily messages aimed at reinforcing behavioral change, along with a tracking feature to monitor DASH adherence. The platform is designed to promote the acquisition and reinforcement of knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for establishing and maintaining healthy eating habits. Access to the application is limited to individuals enrolled in a University of Michigan research study, which supports its integration within a controlled research environment.
